Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 Pound Strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 2 Cups Grapes (halved)
  • 4 Kiwis (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 2 Bananas (sliced)
  • 1 15oz Can Mandarin Oranges (drained, with 2 tablespoons of juice reserved)

Dressing

  • 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Reserved Mandarin Orange Juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fruit: Add the strawberries, grapes, kiwi, blueberries, bananas, and drained mandarin oranges to a large mixing bowl, ensuring all fruit is clean, cut, and ready to mix.
  2. Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the reserved mandarin orange juice, vanilla Greek yogurt, honey, and fresh lime juice until the mixture is smooth and well combined, forming a creamy dressing.
  3. Combine Fruit and Dressing: Pour the dressing over the mixed fruit in the large bowl and gently stir using a spatula or spoon to coat all the fruit evenly without bruising.
  4. Chill before Serving: For best flavor and texture, chill the creamy fruit salad in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve cold as a refreshing side or dessert.

Notes

  • Use fresh, ripe fruit for best flavor and texture.
  • If you prefer less sweetness, adjust the honey amount accordingly.
  • For a dairy-free version, substitute the Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt.
  • To prevent banana slices from browning quickly, toss them in a little lemon juice before adding to the mix.
  • This fruit salad is best enjoyed within 24 hours for freshness.
