A refreshing and vibrant Mango Mojito Mocktail that combines fresh mango puree with zesty lime and aromatic mint, topped with sparkling soda water for a perfect non-alcoholic drink to cool down and delight your taste buds.

Ingredients

Fruit and Juice

  • 0.5 cup Mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 Lime (quartered)

Herbs and Garnish

  • 6 Mint leaves
  • Extra mint leaves (for garnish)
  • 1 Lime wheel (for garnish)

Beverage

  • 1 cup Soda water (or alternative sparkling water)

Instructions

  1. Muddle Lime: Muddle the quartered lime pieces in your glass or pitcher to release their fresh juices. Use a muddler or the handle end of a wooden spoon if you don't have one.
  2. Prepare Mint: Clap the mint leaves in your hands until their scent is released, then add them to the muddled lime and gently press them together with the muddler to infuse more flavor.
  3. Make Mango Puree: Blend the mango pieces with water in a small blender until smooth to create a fresh mango puree.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add the mango puree to the lime and mint mixture in your glass, stirring gently to combine the flavors.
  5. Add Ice and Soda: Fill the glass with ice cubes, then top with sparkling soda water or your preferred alternative. Stir gently to mix everything without disturbing the carbonation too much.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Garnish your mocktail with extra fresh mint leaves and a lime wheel on the rim for a beautiful presentation. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing mango mojito mocktail.

Notes

  • You can use fresh or frozen mango; if frozen, allow it to thaw slightly for easier blending.
  • Water is added for blending ease and to adjust mango puree consistency.
  • For a different twist, try using flavored sparkling water such as lemon or lime.
  • For extra sweetness, a teaspoon of honey or agave syrup can be added before blending the mango.
